1. Limited league use
The site is provided for personal, noncommercial fantasy-football league use. Permission to use it is limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and may not be transferred. The site does not grant permission to use third-party names, statistics, logos, or other materials outside the league hub.
2. Respectful and lawful conduct
Use the site respectfully, honestly, and lawfully. Do not harass or threaten others; scrape or bulk-extract site data; misuse credentials or access another person’s account; bypass access controls; disrupt, overload, or damage the site; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; or use the site to arrange or promote illegal wagering.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping authentication methods secure. Promptly notify the commissioner through the league’s private Sleeper chat if you suspect unauthorized access. Access may be limited or removed to protect the league, members, or site.
4. Member-submitted content
You are responsible for names, photos, comments, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and display it. You give the league hub a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, copy, format, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, preserve, and promote the private league experience. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backup, historical, or recordkeeping copies.
5. Commissioner administration
The commissioner may exercise reasonable discretion to administer league and site operations, including correcting data, moderating or removing content, resolving administrative questions, managing access, interpreting league settings, and changing site features. League competition and disputes remain subject to the league’s separately agreed rules and decisions.
6. Third-party services
The site may rely on or link to services such as Sleeper and ChatGPT/OpenAI. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical limits. We do not control or endorse every statement, feature, or practice of a third party.
7. Availability and data accuracy
The site and its features may change, pause, or become unavailable. Imported league data, scores, rosters, statistics, rankings, projections, percentages, and generated storylines may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Members should verify official league results and roster decisions in Sleeper or the league’s designated system.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for league entertainment and administration. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or results. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Reasonable limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the commissioner, administrators, and site contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, unavailable features, third-party services, data errors, account misuse, or fantasy-football decisions. Any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by operation of the site. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
10. Suspension and changes
Access may be suspended or ended for violation of these terms, league removal, security concerns, or discontinuation of the site. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. This governing-law clause does not guarantee that any activity is legal, determine the legality of conduct, or waive any protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
